Staff receive a single view of the customer across all channels, while integrating with on-property systems to deliver a seamless guest experience.
The Conversations module allows guests and staff to communicate across 14 messaging channels in over 100 languages. Conversations can be shared across departments and locations, escalations ensure every guest gets a timely response and guests are able to converse in the language of their choice.
Recommends allows guests to collaborate with staff and curate memorable experiences through their own digital itinerary. Staff can keep contacts and venue information stored in one place to allow easy access and integrations with PMS, service orders and payment systems enable a seamless experience.
The Contactless module means guest can skip the front desk on arrival and departure with contactless check-in and check-out. Arrival/departure times can be captured and pre-stay, 'room ready' notifications can be delivered to expedite the arrival process. Both web and app check-in ensure front desk teams are able to manage their workload appropriately.
Keys supports Assa Abloy, Dormakaba, Salto, GuestKey, Glutz and more to enable guests to access their mobile key without needing to check in.
The Wallet module provides a single point of integration with 64 payment service providers enabling guests to spend on property. The securely tokenised system is PCI Level 1 compliant and provides guests with a seamless, consistent experience.
Guest App helps staff and guests stay connected at every stage of the guest journey, from pre-arrival to post-stay. Staff are able to capture the richest information and data from guests, promote hotel amenities and facilities and prompt guests to make purchases at the right time.
Our Automation module leverages our low code builder to power automations and enable staff to focus on what is necessary. Staff can power transactional communications on email, WhatsApp and SMS, labour time is reduced and guests are communicated with at the most appropriate time based on specified events.
