The RMS Rules creates flexible rate strategies and recommends Best Available Rates (BARs) based on factors like occupancy, booking window and stay date. These strategies can also be set up for groups of room types.  


The RMS Algorithm utilises Artificial Intelligence algorithms to analyse internal and external data such as occupancy, average revenue, demand pressure and price trends. It generates precise forecast for individal dates and recommends the best rate for both, BAR and open pricing models.
