Why should I choose Dataria?

We offer a quality product with exclusive features such as Hot Dates and the Extended Compset, combined with an excellent support. All this for a fair price and the attention as good as the one we would like to receive as a customer.

How does the free trial work?

You can sign up for a free trial or a demo. Both offer the complete tool without any obligations. During the trial you can use the tool for 7 days, configured with the data of your hotel and your competitors. In the demo we explain the entire tool step by step.

Can I cancel the trial?

Sure. If you are not satisfied with the free trial you can cancel it whenever you want.

Is there a minimum stay?

There is no minimum stay. You have total freedom to cancel the service in any moment. No strings attached.

When will I pay?

Once the 15 days free trial is completed, an invoice for the proportional part of the rest of the month with the amount of the selected service will be issued. The rest of the billing will take place during the 5 first days of the month during the subscription period.

What payment options are available?

We accept bank transfer, PayPal and direct debit.

Are there any discounts?

We offer a discount if you order a 1 year service. Furthermore we offer service discount for ordering for multiple properties.

Is it possible to switch to another plan?

You can switch between plans at any time. As soon as the current month is completed you will enjoy your new Plan from then on.

Can I modify my plan according to my needs?

If you want to create a tailor made Plan that fit your needs at a maximum, please contact us. Together we can elaborate the perfect revenue solution for you.

Do you offer manuals or tool tutorials?

We have help available for all the screens in our tool to resolve any doubt regarding its function and characteristics. If the help section is insufficient we would love be contacted and help.

How many days are in the Hot Dates?

All and none. That's to say that you can configure the Hot Dates as you like: enable Hot Dates for any period and use any amount of available days (in groups of at least 7 days) in you Plan to keep an eye on your most important dates.

What channels/METAs/OTAs can I analyze?

We can configure the tool to fetch data from any channel if possible. Please prompt the possibility of integration of your preferred channel.

Can I use the App from my mobile?

No problem! Our tool is developed with the idea that you can access it from anywhere.

Can I request a functionality that is not contemplated in any plan?

Yes you can. We would love to receive suggestions and offers to improve our services and our too: The most useful features are always the one you need.
