How does it work? What do we have to do to get started.

It takes a half-hour. We need somebody from the property to review and confirm the information with us to make sure it’s accurate. We then deliver your fully customized bot in 1 week.

How do you come up with the answers for our property?

We initially pull the basic information about your property from your website and other sites. Then we spend 30 minutes with someone from your property to fill in the gaps and make sure all of the information is correct. All of the answers are then generated by our system (with supporting links and photos).

Can you see which portion of our web page the visitor has been on?

Yes, we can see which pages they visited.

Do we have access to the backend? Can our front desk staff log into the backend to see the chats and the questions that have been asked?

Yes, we can create multiple users where you and your staff can access all of the chats, analytics, and guest requests. You can take over the chat, if the visitor is still chatting. You can also receive notifications by email?

Can you integrate with our Property Management System to get our room rates and availability?

We are integrated with following systems: Apaleo MEWS StayNtouch OpenHotel SHR / Windsurfer Inngenius PMS We are open to integrating with your PMS as long as they are willing and don’t want to charge us for it. We can also manually enter your rates into our system (if you’re not using a Revenue Management System).

Can you integrate with WhatsApp?

Yes, we do have an integration with WhatsApp.

Can we change the answers for each question or do you do it?

You have access to all of the answers and can change them as you see fit. You can also add photos and links. We are also available to help change them for you, if you wish.

What if there are new questions being asked that GuestChat doesn’t have?

We can add new questions easily. We monitor all the chats for new questions that come up. We then get the answer from the hotel and add it to the system.

How many users can we have?

You can have as many users as you wish. There’s no extra charge.

Can we customize the colors of the chat widget? Can we add our own logo? Can we change the avatar? Can we change the position of the chat widget?

Yes, you are in full control of all settings related to branding, messaging, and the position of the chat widget.

What’s the mobile responsiveness of your platform?

Our system is designed to work across all mobile devices
