What's the contract term?

The contract term is usually 24 months. Of course, we hope you'll enjoy our platform as much as our existing clients do. But if you do decide you want to end your contract after that time, we ask that you give us 30 days' notice.

What fees will I be charged?

Each module has an onboarding fee, which is only chargeable once and covers the cost of the team building out your site, training your teams, and guiding you through the whole onboarding process. There's also a small service fee per module, paid at the point of transaction. This means we can continue to maintain and improve the site, including rolling out new features and functionality, with no additional costs to you. We also provide you with ongoing support if you need it.

How long will set-up take?

It will take approximately 6-8 weeks from the approval of the contract to get you live.
