Description

PayOne Pay-By-Link enables hotels to send invoices and personalized payment request links to customers via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. This solution provides an automated, hassle-free user experience, allowing hotels to streamline revenue collection, reduce human error, ensure guaranteed bookings, and facilitate automated reconciliation. Additionally, PayOne Pay-By-Link helps generate more revenue through currency conversion through our multi-currency pricing (MCP). 


Through integration with the Oracle Hospitality OPERA property management system (PMS), PayOne Pay-By-Link fetches relevant details of bookings associated with outstanding payments. PayOne Pay-By-Link then sends corresponding personalized payment links through email, SMS, or WhatsApp to customers. 


Upon clicking the payment link, the customer is directed to a web page containing a summary of the booking and presented with available payment methods and supported payment currencies. After providing payment method details, the transaction is processed in association with the hotel’s preferred acquirer. The customer receives an immediate receipt, and payment details are automatically reflected in Oracle Hospitality OPERA. 


PayOne Pay-By-Link is pre-integrated with various acquiring backends, processors, and payment gateways, minimizing the time and effort needed to launch the services for hotels.
