How does identity resolution work?

Identity Resolution automatically cleans up messy and unreliable data in the PMS without requiring hoteliers to spend hours manually cleaning the data themselves. Powered by machine learning, the identity resolution system can efficiently identify and merge guest profiles that belong to the same person, even if there are variations in the data. Unlike traditional merge logic, our identity resolution considers multiple fields beyond first name, last name, and email. The machine learning identity resolution system can identify profile associations with masked OTA email addresses, typos, name changes, misaligned fields, and faulty text. By automating this process, the product ensures that hoteliers have access to clean and reliable data.

What data sources can we connect to Revinate CDP beyond our PMS?

Revinate CDP allows data-in connections for folio, restaurant, spa, and golf vendors. Each vendor offers unique options mapped from their source. You can use these fields in the enhanced segmentation tool to create hyper-targeted and personalized marketing campaigns. How does loyalty tiers work?

Know which guests to surprise and delight by providing unique benefits and perks with loyalty tiers. Loyalty tiers can be used as a rewards program and as an internal tool to help groups or properties know their customers better and understand their best guests. Hotels can build loyalty tiers using all of the same available filtering capabilities in the powerful segment builder. Customize the qualifying timeframe to determine the best program for an individual hotel and quickly understand the loyalty tier of a guest on the Rich Guest Profile database with an available selection of icons.

Revinate Marketing customers will automatically have access to the CDP through Revinate Guests. Revinate Guests is where you can access your Rich Guest Profiles™ data, build highly targeted segments and loyalty tiers, analyze database reporting, and more. Segments built in Revinate Guests can then be activated to drive direct revenue through email marketing campaigns.
