Description
The automation reviews all integrated OTA reservations to make sure that all the necessary information is there, including notes, alerts, routing instructions, guest names, number of guests, ETA, and ETD. And all while maintaining data accuracy and relieving the reservation team of some of their workload. There is less friction at check-in, during the guest's stay, and at check-out as a result of the integration process's removal of human error and/or recovery of lost information. Eventually, this leads to increased satisfaction among staff and guests.
