Details
With over 1200+ API end points and micro-service architecture, Shiji Daylight PMS is designed to connect with any new system, application or hardware. Each microservice interacts with other microservices within the platform using documented APIs – any new integration hotels need to add to the technology stack can be connected through one of the APIs. Shiji Daylight PMS can integrate to payment platforms, contactless check-in, QR payments in hotel F&B outlets, or the perfect housekeeping solution for the hotel group. Accessing cashiering APIs or reservation APIs is equally open. Build the technology stack the hotel needs, not the one the provider requires.

Technical specifications
Shiji Daylight PMS is a true cloud platform hosted in AWS and offering a global deployment model with multi-region high availability. The solution is offered as a Software as a Service (SaaS) model. The full range of functionality is provided using API calls which customers can choose to call directly from their own applications or by using the Shiji Daylight PMS User Interface (UI).
Shiji Daylight PMS uses a consistent user interface, making it comfortable for users to interact with the product. Specific focus has been placed on reducing cognitive load by ensuring information is intuitively and easily available on-screen as users navigate the platform. It offers a dashboard landing page for all key business areas. Dashboards across the platform provide visualizations to simplify complex data presentation. Users can better engage with their customers through these dashboards, embedded within various modules and presenting business-contextual data driven by dates and refined via elastic search or advanced filtering options.
Our team is actively working on our Next Generation Experience (NGX), with the first phase being the IBE, expected for release in Q1 2025.
Manage your estate with ease. Even when adding more brands, hotels, outlets, and services, the system works just as fast. Every set-up can be inherited from every property.
Hotels added to the enterprise level may inherit the globally defined entities, empowering central management functions and control of brand and marketing strategies, and immediately implementing global changes in line with market expectations.
Leveraging today’s contemporary technology and cloud deployment model, Shiji Daylight PMS provides discreet business microservices to support lines of business logic and autonomy in design and development, with an auto-scaling infrastructure to meet demand.
