H2O offers a complete digital transformation with ‘H2O Flow’ service. ‘H2O Flow’ connects all processes of hospitality operation into one flow, to increase efficiency and revolutionize the operational flow of the facilities’ value chain to achieve sustainability. We change the paradigm of operation and management of hospitality/leisure facilities to maximize sales growth, brand value, and guest satisfaction.
H2O Flow consists of 6 key modules which can be picked and chosen for the facilities’ necessity.
The first module is ‘H2O SMART CRS’ (CRS: Central Reservation Service). H2O Smart CRS lowers fixed costs and improves operational efficiency by automating 100% of the complex operating system that manually manages online and offline agencies and sales agents to manage room unit prices and inventory.
The second module is ‘H2O SMART CHECK-IN’. H2O Smart Check-in enables an easy mobile check-in & out through the guests’ smartphone without downloading a new app. It is a web-based OTP pin-codes system which is the most convenient and stable service for smart check-in. With this service, guests do not need to wait in the front desk lines and facilities can obtain guest data. Since there is no barrier, such as downloading an app, the usage rate is the highest compared to other mobile check-in services.
The third module is ‘H2O SMART CONCIERGE’. H2O Smart Concierge completes all services of the facility with one click within the major chat apps in each country. It Increases guest satisfaction and maximizes upselling opportunities through its seamless communication directly between facilities and guests at all stages. It is a chat app-based service so that guests can make a reservation and payment for all the hotel experiences through their chat apps.
Facilities can directly target individually designed promotions to the guests to increase upselling opportunities.
The fourth module is H2O SMART D2C (D2C: Direct to Customer). H2O Smart D2C Maximize direct booking volume through an immense volume of guest data (including their action data). It Expands D2C channels with major chat apps used by guests to activate direct booking and establish a basis for data collection.
The fifth module is H2O SMART ENGAGE . H2O SMART ENGAGE enables truly targeted CRM (CRM: Customer Relationship Management) promotion marketing through data processing. Facilities can manage guest information and their action data by creating a data collection pipeline that was not available previously. With this service, hotels can send a promotion coupon that is fit for each guest, and it will increase the revisit rate immediately.
The sixth module is H2O SMART PAY. H2O SMART PAY combines online and offline payment as one payment system. All the complicated payment processes of the guest’s journey (such as online payment Check-in and offline payment Check-out) are managed as one system, so the limitation of digital transformation due to payment is discarded.
