HERA by Hotel Res Bot helps hotels drive more Direct Business with less effort. Half of a hotel’s revenue is from OFFLINE (e-mail and telephone) requests that are handled by the reservation (and or group sales) team.
HERA uses her custom trained AI to understand incoming emails (and other text messages), and its own Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform to automatically check the rates and availability needed to generate the response. The guest has a convenient and PCI-DSS compliant way to book. HERA handles all types of requests including individual and multiple guests, as well as group booking requests, general questions, cancellations and much more. The reservation team maintains full control with our Microsoft certified Outlook Add-in where the answer proposed by the AI, can be reviewed and edited by the res team before it goes to the guest. Alternatively, you can give HERA the authority to fully automatically reply to some types of emails.
