We base our pricing on the number of rooms on property. We do not activate your account until your share your guide with the first guest. We ask for your first months subscription fee at commencement. No contract and a 30 day cancelation policy.

What you get on day one

You will receive a fully built mobile guest console with all on-property info and a complete off-property local guide. All off property content can be easily edited and spots added. We have technology to even add spots off-property that are truly unique, ie: hikes, scuba diving spots, unique surfing spots, local food carts, and other unique aspects of your local experience.

Data and Platform Security

Keeping customer data safe and secure is a huge responsibility and a top priority for NexGenGuest. We work hard to protect our customers from the latest threats.

We are CCPA Compliant

We do not give our clients permission to sell their data to 3rd parties. Every guest has to agree to a Privacy Policy & Terms and Conditions before accessing our platform, which states any information and data can be used by account holder to market back to their guests. Ability to make guest data anonymous.

ADA Compliant

Once hotel guide is built it will be submitted for an ADA compliant certificate. We will provide that confirmation once accomplished. We can not be responsible for continued compliance after guide delivery. It is the responsibility of the hotel staff to maintain the guides ADA compliance. We will do our best to assist in keeping all client guides compliant.

Encryption in transit and at rest

Whenever your data are in transit between you and us, everything is encrypted, and sent using HTTPS. Within our firewalled private networks, data may be transferred unencrypted. Any files which you upload to us are stored and are encrypted at rest.

Optional PMS Integration

We currently support these PMS software, Opera - Protel - Guestline - MEWS – Clock. We offer non-PMS integration scenarios as well. Regarding Opera, there are license fees Opera requires each hotel to buy before a 3rd party platform can push data into their system.

Keyless Apps

We do not offer keyless solutions for properties. We can integrate any Keyless App your property has. With integrating your keyless app into our mobile guest console, it prevents your guest from searching for where to engage that feature of your hotel.

PCI DSS is the global security standard for all entities that store, process, or transmit cardholder data and/or sensitive authentication data. PCI DSS sets a baseline level of protection for consumers and helps reduce fraud and data breaches across the entire payment ecosystem. It is applicable to any organization that accepts or processes payment cards.Machine learning tools to help you distinguish fraudsters from customers. Our Credit Card processor uses dynamic 3D secure to apply extra authentication to high-risk payments. Check-in & Checkout: Checkout’s responsive web design provides an optimal payment flow across devices. It dynamically surfaces mobile wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay when relevant for your customer. Machine learning tools to help you distinguish fraudsters from customers.
