How much does Refund Protect cost the customer?

Refund Protect usually charges a fee of 5% on top of the total booking cost. This includes any extra fees, taxes, or surcharges to ensure a full refund can be provided if necessary.

Is Refund Protect the same as travel insurance?

No, Refund Protect is not insurance. It complements any travel insurance your guests may purchase. It's similar to having the option to make a flight booking refundable under certain conditions.

Can customers cancel their Refund Protect selection after purchase?

Yes, there is typically a 14-day cooling-off period during which customers can cancel their Refund Protect selection and receive a refund of the fee.
