Description
Automatically creates or modifies rate codes based on RFPs/Rate Loading templates and notifies the hotel team (e.g. sales and/or revenue management) once the rate loading is complete.
Rate loading can be done in any PMS and CRS. Rate loading information can be retrieved from either a system (e.g. Lanyon) or a rate loading template.

Once the automation has been established, you will be charged a monthly managed service fee that includes the software licences required to run the automation, monitoring, and support to ensure its success. Most automations have a monthly managed service cost between USD 89.00 and USD 389.00, depending on run time and complexity.
More complex automations and/or solutions for larger chains fall under an enterprise and/or centralised level. For centralised solutions, the monthly managed service cost can be as low as USD 3.00 per property.
