Description

Our Procurement module offers an integrated purchasing workflow, from the moment a PO is created, authorized, and approved until the goods enter the warehouse.
Our Inventory Management adds more control to this cycle by enabling users to allocate supplies from one warehouse to another, oversee the current inventory to ensure that stock never runs out, and utilize the First In, First Out approach to ensure that no supplies expire and contribute to cost-saving.

It's suitable for Hotels, Resorts, Chains, Multi-property, Individual Villas and Bed and Breakfast properties.

Kwentra PMS is cloud based and requires no integration to setup and is essential to use with this solution.

    Kwentra is built with a multi-property structure in mind (Managing/Owning Companies, Brands Destinations and Properties) Single Sign-On meaning that users can switch between all properties they have access to without having to log off and in again. All Kwentra modules are seamlessly integrated. Every hotel’s data is stored in a separate database schema to ensure complete isolation. Any consolidated reporting is done via an external service, not on the database layer.
