Channel Manager integrates the property into hundreds of global OTAs for increased visibility among potential guests. It features single-click rate updates and automatically updated availability across all channels through two-way integration.

Point of Sale handles all cashiering and billing for both F&B and add-on services. It is designed to accommodate all types of billing scenarios, including paying with loyalty points and pay to room. To ensure that ingredients never run out and track the profitability of F&B items, Recipe Management deducts kitchen ingredients from inventory in real time.

Procurement offers a fully integrated, end-to-end purchasing workflow, from PO creation and authorization until supplies are received. After the supplies enter the warehouse, Inventory Management enables users to track inventory in real time, compare documented inventory with actual quantities available, and allocate supplies from one warehouse to another to ensure cost-effectiveness.

General Accounts automates all accounting activities to save time and eliminate manual errors. All Kwentra module operations are automatically reflected in the general ledger to provide in-depth reports, including accounts receivable and accounts payable aging, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets, to provide a single source of financial truth for the entire property.

Multi Property offers a consolidated dashboard showcasing reports and KPI statistics through the Insights App for full control anytime and anywhere. The Multi Property Booking Engine also allows guests to view availability across several properties.

Kwentra Pay is a payment solution that offers the guest multiple convenient and secure payment methods, including Buy Now, Pay Later before check-in or at any point of the guest’s stay. Payments are automatically reconciled without the need for manual data entry.

Kwentra Sites is a website builder designed to enhance the operator’s online presence and attract more guests. This service includes written content, photography, and a fully integrated booking widget to drive direct bookings.
