We recommend the RobosizeME hosted option: With the RobosizeME hosted option, all operations are managed on our RPA infrastructure. We provide virtual machines, and as our client, you will need to whitelist our IP addresses. The automations connect to your applications within our environment.

Configurations

The configuration varies from system to system but is usually straight forward. One of our technical experts will guide you through all required steps. RobosizeME requires access to the PMS with cashier rights.

Scalability

All of our automations are cloud-hosted, which allows for incredibly quick adaptation to changes as well as easy scaling. Therefore suitable for individual hotels, central offices and hotel chains of all sizes.

The automations incur a one-time Creation Cost and an Implementation Fee.

Once the automation has been established, you will be charged a monthly managed service fee that includes the software licences required to run the automation, monitoring, and support to ensure its success. Most automations have a monthly managed service cost between USD 89.00 and USD 389.00, depending on run time and complexity.

More complex automations and/or solutions for larger chains fall under an enterprise and/or centralised level. For centralised solutions, the monthly managed service cost can be as low as USD 3.00 per property.

How do you connect to my PMS?

Depending on the PMS, we employ RPA (robotic process automation) software to navigate the user interface. We are thereby imitating your employee's activity. For this, we require user credentials with cashier privileges. PMS providers that allow and support API integrations, we process the payments and deposits through APIs.

How do you know the exact deposit/payment details (amount, due date)?

We first establish some rules with our clients. We define which deposit policies need to be applied to for each rate code. All required details for the payments/deposits, we can retrieve from our data sources (which can be an Extranet, an email or the PMS).

How does it function when a credit card is invalid?

In the event of an invalid credit card, the hotel can direct what the automation does next. Depending on the extranets, the automation can automatically ask guests to give an alternative card or just notify the property to take additional action.
